Claims
Proper claims handling is a vital component of any insurance organization—and K&K Insurance is known for the exceptional service that our in-house Claims Department offers. To report a claim, please print, complete and return the claims form to the appropriate office.

| A claim form (also referred to as an accident report) must be filed with K&K for each injury (form is below). The claim cannot be processed until the fully completed and signed claim form is on file at K&K's office. Please refer to the first page of the claim form for additional instructions for filing a claim. |
